Reasons for the deviation of belt conveyor of coal preparation equipment and treatment methods

 

1. The installation center line is not straight;

2. The tape itself is not straight or the joint is not straight;

3. The center line of the roller is not at right angles to the center line of the belt conveyor;

4. The axis of the roller set is not perpendicular to the centerline of the tape during installation;

5. The roller is not level;

6. Adhesive materials on the surface of the roller;

7. The feeding point of the material is not in the middle of the tape to form a feeding deviation;

8. The uneven height on both sides of the rack makes the tape not level;

9. The tension is too large, causing the empty car to deviate and the feed is not deviated.

Treatment method:

1: Tighten the bearing seat on which side of the tape runs on the roller, increase the tension on the side of the tape, and move the tape to the side with less pressure.

2: When the tape runs out of direction, move the roller on which side to the target of the tape. Usually, it can be corrected by moving a few groups.
