Purpose and scope of use: Ball mill is the key equipment for crushing materials after crushing. Working principle: This machine is a horizontal simple rotating device, outer gear transmission, single warehouse or two warehouses, lattice type, overflow type ball mill. The materials of the two-chamber mill are uniformly spirally fed into the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the feeding center control shaft. The chamber has a stepped liner or a corrugated liner, which is equipped with steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force is generated by the simplified rotation. After being brought to a certain height and falling, it will have a heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first bin, it enters the second bin through the single-layer partition board. The bin is lined with a flat liner and a steel section inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
